I live in Sofia, Bulgaria, and I am a proud mother of an 11-year-old son. Family, growth, and meaningful work have always been my guiding values.

Throughout my career, I have followed what inspired me most in each stage of my life. I began in television as an author and morning show host, where I experienced firsthand the power of stories to connect with people. Later, I became part of the editorial team of the international reality series Survivor, which taught me resilience, creativity, and the importance of teamwork under pressure. Over the years, I also worked as a PR executive, editor, reporter, and creator of television content—each role shaping my perspective on communication and human connection.

Naturally, my path led me into the corporate world, where I now focus on communications, growth, and leadership development. I design strategies that strengthen culture, foster collaboration, and support the lasting success of both teams and individuals. Along the way, I studied the Science of Happiness and deepened my expertise in leadership and personal development. These experiences confirmed my belief that success is measured by significance—the ability to add value and help others thrive.

My desire to contribute to positive change in our society, families, and people's lives ultimately brought me to the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team. There, I found not only a global community of like-minded leaders, but also hope: the hope that we can still dream boldly and the conviction that we already hold the instruments to turn those dreams into reality.
