Now that these beautiful summer days are upon us and we can sit on a porch, deck, or be outside in the back yard with the birds chirping away, why not take an hour a week for 6 weeks for some personal growth?? You'll be able to grab your computer or tablet, sit down with a beverage of your choice, and join some like-minded individuals who also want to get to the next step in their personal journey over the next few weeks. We'll be doing a study based on the book Soundtracks by New York Times bestselling author John Acuff. The basic concept of this book is that our thoughts create our actions and that can work in a positive or negative way. You'll learn some ways to create new "soundtracks" in your life, while also replacing some thought patterns that may not be serving you well. This would be an excellent study for any age, and I would especially encourage anyone who has a teenager to get them on board with this. This will be an informal, safe, confidential, and conversational platform. We will be meeting on Zoom.
