About Tom Cocklereece

Leadership is the difference maker and the deal breaker. It’s how we grow organizations.  It’s how we impact lives. But, as you also know, leadership cannot be an idea we simply talk about; leadership is the action we must live out.

As a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Teacher and Speaker, I can offer you workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and coaching, aiding your personal and professional growth through study and practical application of John’s proven leadership methods. Working together, I will move you and/or your team or organization in the desired direction to reach your goals.

My desire to add value to other leaders and organizations led me to be a part of the John Maxwell Team. John's materials are tried and true. I have used his books and principles for over 20 years developing leaders and building successful organizations.

After joining the John Maxwell Team, I continue to serve as a leadership and discipleship specialist for evangelical churches and denominational agencies. I am a sought after writer and speaker on the subjects of leadership, discipleship, and professional coaching materials. I am a contributor for the Linked 2 Leadership blog. I also write a ministry leadership blog at Simple Discipleship which is named after my first published book.

I hold undergraduate degrees in medical technology and healthcare administration as well as a Master of Divinity and Doctoral Degree in Leadership and Administration. My work with the John Maxwell Team allows me to bring all of my education, experience, and passion to add value to young, experienced, and emerging leaders as well. My extensive experience as a professional coach and coach trainer provide you with the best in leadership development.

Leadership training and coaching can empower your team and organization and take you to the next level. It is said that most members and employees are unsure of the goals of their businesses and organizations. I would like to help you reach your purpose and goals through an intentional plan of development. Remember, if you keep doing what you’re doing, you’ll keep having what you’re having. Take your team to the next level.
